ZO-12B (Q) Zirconia Oxygen Analyzer
1. Overview:
The combustion efficiency, pollutant emissions, and safe operation of boilers in thermal power plants highly rely on accurate online monitoring of flue gas oxygen content. The ZO-12B (Q) direct insertion zirconia oxygen analyzer is based on the principle of concentration difference battery, and has the characteristics of high temperature tolerance, fast response, stability and reliability, and easy integration. It is widely used in key measuring points such as the outlet of power plant boiler economizer, air preheater outlet, SCR denitration inlet and outlet, providing core data support for wind coal ratio closed-loop control, low nitrogen combustion optimization, precise adjustment of ammonia injection, and CEMS environmental monitoring.

3、 Working principle and structural characteristics:
Measurement principle: Based on the concentration difference battery effect of zirconia solid electrolyte: at a working temperature of 600-800 ℃, zirconia tubes doped with yttrium oxide form oxygen ion conductive channels; There is an oxygen concentration difference between the reference side (air) and the measured side (flue gas), and oxygen ions migrate to form an electric potential, which conforms to the Nernst equation. The instrument accurately converts the oxygen content of flue gas by detecting potential and combining it with temperature compensation, achieving real-time measurement of high temperature in situ.
Structural and technological advantages:
Direct insertion flange installation: probe penetrates deep into the flue, without sampling pipeline or suction pump, response time T90<5s, meeting the requirements of DCS rapid adjustment
Wide temperature operation: The probe has a temperature resistance of ≤ 700 ℃, comes with constant temperature control, and is suitable for different temperature fields in the economizer, air preheater, and SCR area;
Anti pollution and anti-corrosion: using wear-resistant and anti-corrosion materials, anti blocking structure and blowing interface, suitable for high dust, sulfur-containing and humid flue gas conditions;
Enhanced design: strengthens earthquake resistance, thermal shock resistance, and sealing reliability, suitable for high negative pressure, high flow rate, and frequent load changing units;
Standard signal output: 4-20mA+RS485, supports HART, seamlessly connects to DCS, SIS, CEMS systems;
Stability and accuracy: Range 0-21% O ₂, basic error ≤± 1% FS, small long-term drift, long calibration free period.
