Case 1: 125MW Unit of Heze Power Plant - Leakage Diagnosis and Energy Consumption Optimization
During operation at Heze Power Plant, it was found that the oxygen content was only 4.0% under high load, and the unit consumption of the air supply fan increased abnormally by 0.45 kWh/tq. Based on the abnormal exhaust temperature (21 ℃ lower on side A than side B), it is preliminarily determined that the preheater is leaking air. After the thermal test confirmed that the air leakage rate of the preheater on side A was as high as 18%, the power plant shut down and sealed the air leakage pipeline. After processing, the power consumption rate of air supply under the same load and oxygen content decreased by 0.029%, and the power consumption rate of induced draft decreased by 0.009%, with significant comprehensive energy-saving benefits.
The factory uses zirconia oxygen signal for air volume command correction, and dynamically adjusts the opening of the air supply fan spoon tube through the air supply control system to achieve air oxygen balance.
Case 2: A 350MW unit at a power plant in Shanxi Province
A power plant in Shanxi has installed two sets of zirconia analyzers on both sides of the flue from the outlet of the economizer to the inlet of the air preheater, using low selection or average values as control signals.
The OXT1000 zirconia analyzer is selected, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and maintenance free, and is suitable for complex boiler operating conditions.
After three years of operation, the stability of air supply regulation has significantly improved, meeting the demand for load changes and maintaining stable equipment performance.
