4Compressor startup delay protection

There is a "compressor shutdown timer" inside the controller, which starts counting when the compressor stops. The next time the compressor is started, check the timer first. If it has been three minutes, start the compressor immediately. If it is less than three minutes, wait until it has been three minutes before starting the compressor. In addition, the controller will not start the compressor within three minutes of being powered on, to prevent damage to the compressor due to frequent starts.

Suspend delay: When the power is first turned on, hold down the "add" button and do not release it5Just a second.

5Fault display

（1）The temperature probe is faulty, open or disconnected, and the digital display will show“E1”.

Operation Instructions:

1.Add non freezing liquid into the storage tank (in-50Non freezing liquid at ℃, approximately from the edge of the tank100mm.

2.Press the power button on the device, and the display panel will show the cooling outlet temperature.

3.Set the desired temperature according to the setting method.

4.Press the cooling switch, and after a three minute delay, the compressor starts working.

5.Open each valve, press the switch of the circulation pump, and the circulation pump will start working to make the temperature in the storage tank uniform.

6.After a period of time, when the displayed temperature reaches the desired temperature, other work can begin. The device can automatically control temperature.

7.After the work is completed, turn off the cooling switch and stop2~3After minutes, turn off the circulation pump switch, and finally, pull down the main power switch.

8.ambient temperature<5℃When shutting down for a long time, it is necessary to drain the non freezing liquid (especially water with high components) of the circulating pump and the layout heat exchanger to prevent the circulating liquid from freezing and damaging the equipment.

Attention: If the non freezing liquid used contains water absorbing components such as ethylene glycol, please add the non freezing liquid in a timely manner. Otherwise, the heat exchanger may freeze due to the increase in freezing point of the non freezing liquid, blocking the system's expansion and cracking equipment, affecting the cooling effect of the whole machine, and in severe cases, the equipment may be damaged.
