How to use:
A DC high-voltage generator is an instrument that provides a high-voltage DC source. Before using the instrument, it must be reliably grounded. The personnel using the DC high-voltage generator must be professional personnel with a "high-voltage test certificate". When using a DC high-voltage generator, users must comply with Article 168 of the "Electricity Safety Regulations" and install two obvious disconnection points before the working power supply enters the tester. When replacing the test sample and wiring, the two power disconnection points should be clearly disconnected first. At the same time, at least three staff members must be present on site to effectively ensure the safety of users.
OpenBefore turning on the power supply, make sure that the DC high-voltage generator is connected to a 220V AC power supply, carefully check if the wiring is correct, and also check if the wiring of the high-voltage discharge pole is reliable. During the voltage rise and fall process of a DC high-voltage generator, it is important to maintain a gradual increase and decrease, and smooth voltage rise is one of the main points to extend the service life of the DC high-voltage generator. Also, try to avoid using instruments beyond the range as much as possible. After each experiment, first return the potentiometer to zero position, then cut off the power and discharge the test sample. The discharge process is divided into two steps, and ZS discharge resistance rod is used to discharge the large capacitance test sample. When discharging, the discharge rod should not be immediately in contact with the test sample. The discharge rod should be gradually brought closer to the test sample until it reaches a certain distance and begins to discharge freely in the air gap with a hissing sound. When there is no sound, the discharge rod can be used to discharge, and then directly connected to the ground wire for discharge. When the DC high voltage is 200kV or above, even if the tester wears insulated shoes,And it is located outside the safe distance area, but due to the influence of the high-voltage direct current ion spatial electric field distribution, several nearby standing human bodies will have different direct current potentials. Test personnel should not shake hands with each other or touch the grounding body with their hands, otherwise there may be slight electric shock. This phenomenon is more obvious in dry areas and winter, but due to the low energy, it generally does not cause harm to the human body.
The power supply of the control box is AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz. If the power supply is through a 1/1 isolation transformer or a spontaneous power supply is used on site, it must be manually connected to the ground at one point.
