The equipment adopts a high stiffness host structure guided by six column double self-lubricating bearings. The upper space is used for tensile testing, and the lower space is adapted for compression bending testing, without the need for frequent fixture replacement, greatly improving detection efficiency. The core measurement and control system adopts network communication technology, with a high sampling frequency of 1000Hz, which can accurately capture the full process force value changes of alloy steel hot-rolled coil from elastic deformation to yield. With the cooperation of wheel amplitude tension and compression sensors, the force value measurement error is controlled within ± 0.5%.

Its outstanding advantages are reflected in three aspects: firstly, it has dual control and dual display intelligent operation, equipped with a 7-inch color touch screen and dedicated testing software, which can independently complete the test without turning on the computer. The software automatically draws stress-strain curves, calculates yield strength and other parameters, and generates Excel reports, reducing the detection time of a single sample by more than 40%; Secondly, multiple protection measures are taken to ensure safety, including pre load protection, 3-5% overload automatic shutdown, and mechanical limit function, to prevent sensor damage caused by overshoot; The third is strong adaptability design, which can customize and extend the test space. The wedge-shaped fixture can stably clamp different diameter wire rods, and the speed range of 0.001-500mm/min can simulate multiple working conditions.
