Rated test force of 1000kN (100 tons), effective measurement range of 10kN to 1000kN (no gear switching throughout the entire process); The accuracy of the test force indication is ≤± 1%, and the displacement measurement adopts a high-precision photoelectric encoder with a resolution of 0.01mm. The piston stroke is 1500mm, and the test space is 500-6000mm, which can be adjusted in 500mm gear to adapt to different lengths of anchor chains; The upper limit of system pressure is 30MPa, and the test speed supports displacement rate control of 0.5-100mm/min; The height of the work center is 350mm, and the external dimensions of the host are about 9000 × 1200 × 500mm, suitable for 380V ± 10% three-phase power supply.

2、 Product Details

The equipment adopts a horizontal frame structure welded with integral steel plates, and a stable force system is composed of front and rear clamp seats, main oil cylinder, and front crossbeam. Compared with vertical models, it is more suitable for long anchor chains and reduces the footprint. The power system is equipped with a 10L/min, 30MPa constant pressure pump set, equipped with an imported low-noise high-pressure gear pump and vibration reduction device, to achieve stable output of test force; The core force measuring component adopts imported high-precision tension compression sensors, combined with a fully digital PID control system, to ensure accurate data acquisition under high loads. The control system is based on industrial microcomputers, with dedicated software supporting real-time display of test curves, automatic data storage, and multi format report printing. The operation interface supports batch input of sample information.

The clamping system adopts a cylindrical pin insertion combined with a dovetail groove jaw design, with a jaw hardness of 58-62HRC. The biting force distribution is optimized for the anchor chain link structure to avoid slipping or local damage during testing. In terms of safety configuration, in addition to 110% rated force overload shutdown protection, an abnormal oil pressure alarm, emergency stop button, and protective cover are added to comprehensively ensure operational safety. The rear clamp seat supports manual pushing to adjust the test space, adapting to the fast clamping requirements of different specifications of anchor chains.
