1. Intelligent control system

Adopting microcomputer controlled high-precision electro-hydraulic servo valve, multiple control modes such as constant velocity stress, constant velocity displacement, and test force maintenance are achieved, and the loading rate can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0.1-25kN/s.

2. High stiffness host structure

The host adopts a vertical double column or four column frame, with an oil cylinder mounted design and a workbench height of 300-500mm for easy access to the manhole cover; Rigid cushion blocks and ball joint pressure heads ensure even pressure distribution.

The effective experimental space can reach 1200 × 1200mm to 1500 × 1500mm, and can be adapted to different specifications of manhole covers.
