Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, with heating temperatures ranging from 150 ℃ to 380 ℃.

Product Features:

1. It has advanced and complete operation control and safety monitoring devices, fully automatic control of the heating process, easy operation, and convenient installation.

2. It can achieve a high working temperature (340 ℃) at a lower operating pressure (<0.5MPA). When the oil temperature is 300 ℃, the operating pressure is only one seventieth of the saturated steam pressure of water, and the thermal efficiency can reach over 95%.

3. It can achieve stable heating and precise temperature adjustment, with a temperature control accuracy of up to; 1 ℃. There is no heat loss such as running, emitting, dripping, and leaking in steam boilers, with a heat utilization rate of 95% and energy savings of about 50%.

working principle

A heat transfer oil furnace (also known as a heat transfer oil heater) is a device that directly inserts an electric heater into an organic carrier (heat transfer oil) for direct heating. It uses a circulation pump to force the heat transfer oil to circulate in the liquid phase, transferring the heat to one or more heating devices. After being unloaded by the heating devices, it returns to the heater through the circulation pump, absorbs the heat, and transfers it to the heating devices. This process repeats itself, achieving continuous heat transfer and raising the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
