YY (Q) W (L) series gas and oil organic heat carrier boilers adopt a three return circular tube structure, and the end of the coil adopts a tapered coil, effectively protecting the furnace wall at the end of the boiler. Equipped with advanced combustion devices, the boiler operation is fully automated. After the fuel is ignited and burned by the burner, the torch formed fills the circular tube and transfers radiant heat through the coil wall, which is the first return journey. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion converges at the rear furnace door and turns into the second return path, namely the convection tube bundle area. After convective heat exchange, the temperature of the flue gas gradually decreases and reaches the front furnace door, where it turns into the third return tube bundle area and then enters the chimney through the energy-saving device before being discharged into the atmosphere. The boiler is manufactured as a whole and can be put into operation by simply connecting it to ventilation (oil) and electricity after it is in place on the construction site. The heating surface of the boiler includes four parts: the furnace radiation heating surface, the first convection tube bundle heating surface, the second convection tube bundle heating surface, and the economizer (waste heat boiler).

Manufacturing process characteristics:
The steel pipe is inclined downwards using a CNC 3D laser cutting machine.
The production of circular tubes adopts a CNC coil production line, which can be formed in one go without the need for shaping.
Boiler welding process:
The butt welding of steel pipes adopts automatic argon arc welding technology, and the welds are imaged in real-time to prevent unqualified welds from entering the coil production line.

Furnace body insulation:
High quality insulation materials are used on the inside, and stainless steel plates are used on the outside to minimize heat loss and improve the operating environment.
