The SHX series circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler has a capacity of 7-116MW, with a supply water temperature of 115 ℃ -150 ℃, a return water temperature of 70 ℃ -90 ℃, and a working pressure of 1.0-1.6Mpa. Circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFB) technology, as a new and mature high-efficiency, low pollution and energy-saving product, has many advantages that other combustion methods do not have.

1. Circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so nitrogen oxide emissions are much lower than coal powder boilers, only about 200ppm, and it can achieve direct desulfurization during the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. Moreover, the technical equipment is economically simple, and its initial investment and operating costs for desulfurization are much lower than those of coal powder furnaces with flue gas desulfurization (PC+FCD).

2. The fuel has wide adaptability and high combustion efficiency, especially suitable for low calorific value inferior coal.

3. The discharged ash has good activity, is easy to achieve comprehensive utilization, and has no secondary ash pollution.

4. The load adjustment range is large, and the low load can be reduced to about 30% of the full load. At present, environmental protection requirements are becoming increasingly strict in our country. In the context of a wide range of load regulation in power plants, diverse coal types, high proportion of direct combustion of raw coal, uneven development of the national economy, and increasingly prominent contradictions between coal combustion and environmental protection, circulating fluidized bed boilers have become the preferred high-efficiency and low pollution new combustion technology.
