The SZL series boiler is a horizontal double drum longitudinal chain boiler with drainage pipes for steam and hot water, designed by our technical personnel based on advanced technology and experience at home and abroad. The technology, performance, and environmental indicators of this series of products have reached the international advanced level, making it the leading product in the boiler industry. The boiler adopts a quick installation or assembly structure. 4~6t/h is a quick installation water pipe structure, which is fully assembled in the factory before leaving the factory; 6-25t/h is composed of two main components: the upper component is the heating surface of the main body, and the lower component is the combustion equipment. The front end of the boiler body is composed of water-cooled walls arranged around it, with the upper part connected to the drum and the lower part connected to the manifold to form a combustion chamber, which absorbs the radiation heat from the furnace. The rear end is arranged with dense convective tube bundles between the upper and lower drums. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion is directed to a separately arranged economizer after passing through a secondary return cross flushing convective heating surface, and finally enters the dust collector and is discharged through the chimney. The 20t/h assembled water tube boiler consists of a front furnace, a rear furnace, a convection tube bundle, an economizer, and a chain grate, which are assembled into a whole before leaving the factory. This boiler draws on the advantages of quick installation boilers, with compact structure, single-layer layout of the boiler room, convenient on-site installation, short cycle, low cost, and easy operation. This series of steam boilers is suitable for industrial and domestic steam use, and corresponding capacity water heaters are suitable for industrial and civilian heating.
