YULEAThe electro-hydraulic directional valve is composed of an electromagnetic directional valve and a hydraulic control directional valve. The electromagnetic directional valve is used to change the flow direction of the control oil passage to both ends of the hydraulic directional valve, in order to change the working position of the valve core. Call it a pilot valve; Hydraulic directional valves are used to control the actuating components in hydraulic systems. This control method achieves the use of smaller electromagnetic suction to control the direction change of the main oil circuit with high flow, which is suitable for hydraulic systems with high flow.
YULEAThere are two ways to align the main valve core of the electro-hydraulic directional valve: spring alignment and hydraulic alignment. When spring alignment is selected, the pilot valve should use a Y-shaped electromagnetic directional valve to ensure that when the main valve core is in the neutral position, the hydraulic oil in the control oil chambers at both ends remains connected to the oil tank and in an unloaded state, making it easy to keep the main valve core in the neutral position. When using hydraulic centering, the pilot valve should be a P-type electromagnetic directional valve to ensure that there is hydraulic control oil at both ends when the main valve core is in the neutral position, so that the pressure at both ends of the main valve core is balanced and kept in the neutral position.
The control oil circuit of the electro-hydraulic directional valve can be divided into two types of oil inlet: internal oil inlet and external oil inlet. There are also two types of oil return: internal oil return and external oil return, which can be flexibly selected according to the actual needs of the system.
