The YLW series organic heat carrier furnace is an assembled forced circulation chain grate boiler. The front of the boiler body is the radiation heating surface of the furnace, which is composed of closely arranged double-sided coils; The rear part is a convective erosion heating surface composed of a serpentine tube bundle. The boiler consists of an upper body and a lower chain grate, which are assembled on site. The air preheating is arranged behind the boiler. The high-temperature flue gas generated by combustion is partially absorbed by the furnace, and enters the convective heating surface for heat exchange through the turning chamber. After leaving the boiler, it heats the air required for combustion in the air preheater, and then is sent to the chimney by the induced draft fan through the dust collector and discharged into the atmosphere.
Usage: It can be used as a high-temperature heat source for various temperatures below 350 ℃, and is widely used in various industries that require high-temperature heating or drying; High temperature and low pressure; Accurate temperature control and high utilization rate of thermal energy. And it can be equipped with a steam generator to generate saturated steam below 0.6MPa for user use.

Performance advantages

1. The design, manufacturing, and inspection of the product strictly follow the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Organic Heat Carrier Furnaces" and GB/T17410-2008 "Organic Heat Carrier Furnaces" standards and regulations, and have been inspected by the national special equipment safety supervision agency for safety and reliability.

2. The heating surface of the boiler is welded with argon gas protection and full penetration welding, and has passed X-ray inspection and water pressure test to ensure that the welding quality is higher than the national standard.

3. Adopting the unique patented technology of Yineng, the furnace adopts double coil dense arrangement, and the top of the furnace is equipped with a ceiling tube. The furnace tube is heated on both sides, which extends the residence time of high-temperature flue gas in the furnace, increases the heat utilization rate, and improves the service life of the boiler.

4. The heating surface at the rear of the boiler is designed using unique technology from Yineng and arranged in a unique staggered manner, which improves the heat transfer coefficient of the boiler and eliminates the problem of ash accumulation on the heating surface.

5. Achieve fully automatic coal loading and slag removal, and with the optional variable frequency control technology, the number of furnace operators can be reduced to one.

6. Mechanical forced combustion, specially designed furnace arch, sufficient combustion, smoke and dust removal, good environmental protection effect.

2. Temperature display of heat transfer oil inlet: It can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display.

3. Thermal oil outlet pressure display: It can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display, and achieve overpressure alarm.

4. Heat transfer oil inlet pressure display: It can be displayed on-site and remotely transmitted to the control cabinet for instrument display.

5. Level control of expansion tank: realize low level alarm of expansion tank, timely remind the boiler operator to inject oil into the system, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the boiler system.
