Zirconia analyzer, as the core equipment for combustion optimization and environmental monitoring in power plants, plays a crucial role in improving combustion efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions. The YG-88G zirconia analyzer adopts a direct insertion installation design, which does not require a complex sampling system and can reflect the combustion status inside the boiler in real time, providing timely and accurate oxygen concentration data for operators to adjust combustion parameters and achieve efficient and low pollution operation. 2、 Working principle:

The YG-88G zirconia analyzer operates based on the principle of solid-state electrochemistry. The core component is a zirconia sensor, which utilizes the oxygen ion conductivity of zirconia at high temperatures. When there is a difference in oxygen concentration on both sides of the sensor, oxygen ions migrate from the high concentration side to the low concentration side, resulting in a potential difference. By measuring this potential difference, the instrument can accurately calculate the oxygen concentration in the flue gas.

4、 Product Category:

The YG-88G zirconia analyzer adopts a split flange installation design, which is divided into two specifications: low-temperature (0-700 ℃) and high-temperature (0-1600 ℃), to meet the needs of different power plant operating conditions. The protective tube material can be selected from 304 or 316 stainless steel, or even ceramic sintered materials, to ensure the durability of the equipment in harsh environments. The equipment is also equipped with an LCD display interface that supports 4-20mA or RS485 signal output, making it easy to integrate with the power plant DCS system and achieve remote data transmission and monitoring.

The maintenance work of YG-88G zirconia analyzer includes regular calibration and cleaning of sensors, as well as checking the connection lines. It should be noted that zirconia tubes are relatively fragile and vibration should be avoided; Sudden power outages should be avoided during use, as the pre cooling process after a power outage can easily cause the zirconium tube to break. For high dust conditions, it is recommended to install a self-cleaning blowing device; In highly corrosive environments, recrystallized SiC protective tubes can be used to significantly improve equipment lifespan.
