1、 Product Overview
YDF-B type induced draft fan adopts the concept of jet induced ventilation system. Composed of a supply fan, multiple induction fans, and exhaust fans. The main application theory comes from aerodynamics, focusing on the disturbance characteristics of a small amount of high-speed jet gas. Disturbing jets can effectively induce surrounding stationary air and drive air circulation. Under the condition of no air duct, according to the law of conservation of momentum, the central velocity of the jet gradually decreases from the outlet point, but the jet width gradually increases, and the induced amount of surrounding air also gradually increases. According to this principle, fresh air is induced and sent to the second fan installed within the effective range of the first fan. It then goes down in sequence, and the fresh air is sent to the necessary area before being discharged outdoors through the exhaust fan. And with appropriate system design and layout, achieve optimal indoor airflow organization, and achieve efficient and economical ventilation and air exchange effects.

3、 Product process
1. Impeller: Single suction front curved multi wing impeller, with blades tilted forward in the direction of rotation, made of galvanized steel sheet stamped and formed, and then riveted to form the impeller. The impeller has undergone dynamic and static balance correction, and the balance level has reached G4.6 or above.
2. Shell: The shell material is high-quality galvanized sheet metal, and its thickness and strength meet the design requirements. The fan is directly driven by a motor to drive the impeller, and the motor uses high-quality air conditioning motors.
3. Box body: The structure is composed of a frame and a three-way joint riveted together, and the box board is made of color plates bent. The box has a maintenance door, and the inside of the box is covered with sound-absorbing material. The air inlet is equipped with a current collector to help absorb air and reduce resistance. It is also equipped with a stainless steel filter screen.
4. The nozzle is directly embedded outside the fan, and the nozzle is made of stainless steel material. The flexible tube is formed by seamless spinning of 1mm aluminum alloy. The caliber specification is 80mm x 3 pieces.
5. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
