3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The impeller consists of backward inclined circular arc blades, curved front plate, flat middle plate, and hub, and has advanced aerodynamic performance. All products are produced using molds and calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, achieving a balance level of G4.6 or above.
2. Base: The chassis is made of fiberglass and covered with rubber coating resin on the outer surface, with good smoothness. There are also drainage holes on the chassis that can smoothly drain accumulated rainwater.
3. Outer cover: The outer cover is made of fiberglass and covered with adhesive resin on the outer surface, with good smoothness. The curved transition is soft, aesthetically pleasing, and can effectively guide gas flow.
4. Motor cover: The motor cover is made of fiberglass and covered with adhesive resin on the outer surface, with good smoothness.
5. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
