1、 Product Overview
The DJF-1 pedal electric dual-purpose fan is jointly developed by the Shanghai Civil Defense Research Institute and the Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute. This fan is an essential equipment for civil defense construction, where the power supply in the air defense basement is destroyed during war and the enemy uses atomic, chemical, or bacterial weapons. It adopts a filtering ventilation and protection system. The focus of its technical indicators is to ensure that the filtering ventilation requirements of 400 person units are met under human driven conditions during war. At the same time, considering the combination of flat and wartime, power can be used to provide ventilation and air exchange for civil defense works, underground hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls.
2、 Product Features
DJF foot operated electric dual-purpose fan, one machine for two purposes, easy to use and simple to maintain. It is a ventilation equipment specially designed for civil air defense ventilation systems
3、 Product process
1. Impeller: The impeller consists of backward inclined circular arc blades, curved front plate, flat middle plate, and hub, and has advanced aerodynamic performance. All are produced using molds, welded with carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, and calibrated by a digital hard support dynamic balancing machine, achieving a balancing accuracy of G4.6 or above.
2. Spiral shell: The side plate and spiral plate are made of high-quality Q235A steel plate produced by Baosteel, and cut by CNC plasma cutting. After rolling the snail plate with a three core coil, it is welded with carbon dioxide shielded welding to the same side plate. Equip with angle steel brackets to ensure that the machine has sufficient strength and rigidity.
3. Transmission mechanism: The transmission mechanism is easy to switch, flexible to rotate, and easy to maintain.
4. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
