1、 Product Overview
The YDF-A induction fan adopts the concept of jet induced ventilation system. It consists of a supply fan, a ducted induction fan, and an exhaust fan. The main application theory comes from aerodynamics, focusing on the disturbance characteristics of a small amount of high-speed jet gas. Disturbing jets can effectively induce surrounding stationary air and drive air circulation. Under the condition of no air duct, according to the law of conservation of momentum, the central velocity of the jet gradually decreases from the outlet point, but the jet width gradually increases, and the induced amount of surrounding air also gradually increases. According to this principle, fresh air is induced and sent to the second nozzle installed within the first effective range. It then goes down in sequence and is sent to the necessary area before being discharged outdoors through the exhaust fan. And with appropriate system design and layout, achieve optimal indoor airflow organization, and achieve efficient and economical ventilation and air exchange effects.
2、 Product Features
1. Simple and flexible design: The system planning is simple, the design changes are flexible, easy to modify, and the chance of errors is small.

4. New nozzle: It adopts a flexible nozzle that can be adjusted in all directions, and the jet direction can be adjusted freely, which is simple, convenient, and flexible.
5. Efficient and energy-saving: By utilizing physical characteristics to induce air flow, electricity is saved, operating costs are low, equipment size is small, and installation costs are reduced.
6. Easy maintenance: The induction fan is equipped with an inspection door and a filter screen, which is easy to clean. The air needs to be inspected and maintained together, making maintenance simple.
7. High ventilation quality: induces complete gas circulation without blind spots.
3、 Product process
1. Box body: It is composed of a frame and a three-way joint that are riveted together to form a framework, and then embedded with a panel that contains sound-absorbing materials. The box has an inspection door to provide belt adjustment and maintenance inspection. The fan and motor share a rubber anti vibration block as a common bottom pad, and the fan outlet is connected to the box with a canvas joint to isolate vibration.
2. Impeller: The impeller is a centrifugal curved blade with performance that meets testing standards such as GB1236-2000. After static and dynamic balance correction, the balance level reaches G4.6 or above.
3. Bearing: Use self-lubricating oil containing deep ball bearings, free of grease maintenance, and fixed on the fan side plate to adapt to long-term operation.
4. Silencing box: It extends directly to the back of the high-pressure fan box and is divided into 2 ventilation ducts by 3 layers of silencing boards. The silencing material is ultra-fine glass wool and the inner layer is galvanized microporous board.
5. Transition net: Made of stainless steel filter screen, easy to disassemble and clean.
6. Nozzle: Made of stainless steel material, with a nozzle diameter of 35mm. The flexible tube is formed by seamless spinning of 1mm aluminum alloy.
7. Assembly: After the fan is assembled, the vibration velocities of the X, Y, and Z axes are all less than 5.6mm/s.
