1.YB-IIA Clarity DetectorProduct Introduction

It is developed by our company based on the various regulations of the lamp inspection method for inspection devices in the Appendix "Visible Foreign Matter Inspection Method" of the 2015 edition of the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. In accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the instrument adopts visual lamp inspection method and is used for clarity detection of various injections, large infusion solutions, and bottled drugs.

YB-IIA Clarity DetectorThe fluorescent lamp adopts the three primary colors and continuously adjustable illuminance specified in the pharmacopoeia, and the light is close to natural light. The background of the working device adopts shading board, black background, detection whiteboard, etc., which improves visual discrimination ability and reduces visual fatigue. Digital electronic illuminance meter, easy to use. The detection time limit can be set arbitrarily and has an audible alarm function.

The instrument adopts a high-precision illuminance sensor, and the measurement control circuit integrates a high-performance microprocessor, resulting in high measurement accuracy. Numerical sampling, time limit setting, and control have abandoned traditional dip switch control and instead adopted button operation, which is more stable and easier to operate. And users can calibrate the illuminance measurement of the instrument.

4. Instructions for use

1. Turn on the power switch, and the fluorescent lamp will light up as soon as it is turned on. Generally, wait for 2 minutes until the illumination of the fluorescent lamp stabilizes before starting to detect the illumination.

2. At this time, the illuminance is displayed as the number: 00, indicating that the illuminance is 0 × 100LX. Time: is the default time of the last shutdown

Firstly, the required illumination should be adjusted according to the pharmacopoeia requirements. Insert the plug of the instrument's illuminance sensor into the "Illuminator" socket on the panel, place the probe facing the light source at the position of the sample to be measured to measure the illuminance, and adjust the knob on the right side to achieve the required illuminance displayed on the window. At this point, the illumination detection function is turned off.

4. According to the requirements of the tested drug, set the required testing time and press the "preset" button to switch the "time illumination" state

5. While testing the sample, press the preset button to switch to the timer mode. Press the "timer" button, and the window will countdown. When the time is up, the buzzer will sound.

If you need to check the illumination again, press the preset button to return to the illumination state.

5. Precautions

Before using this instrument, it is necessary to check whether the ground wire of the power socket is reliably grounded. If there is any medicine left in the inspection box, it should be removed in a timely manner to prevent it from flowing into the electrical box and causing other accidents. After turning on the power switch, if the lamp does not light up, first check the fuse and power supply. There is a backup fuse inside the power socket for replacement.

6. Instrument maintenance

Please do not place this instrument in damp, windy, sunny, or rainy places. Before using the instrument, please check the power cord and plug first.

Press the preset key to switch the state to illumination, then press+or - to adjust to the corresponding illumination, and then press "timer". The CPU will remember the current illumination, and holding down+-2 seconds will clear the previous settings and restore the factory settings.
