The Hongji Clean Y09-5106C Laser Dust Particle Counter (28.3, 50, 100, 100, 100L/min) is a detection instrument used to measure and analyze the size and quantity of dust particles per unit volume of air in clean environments, and to determine the cleanliness level of clean environments according to standards.

Particles in the air scatter when exposed to light, a phenomenon known as light scattering. Light scattering is related to factors such as particle size, wavelength of light waves, refractive index of particles, and their light absorption characteristics. However, in terms of scattered light intensity and particle size, the dust particle counter has a basic rule that the intensity of scattered light from particles increases with the surface area of the particles. In this way, by measuring the intensity of scattered light, the size of particles can be inferred, which is the basic principle of light scattering particle counters. |

Set the sampling period to 1 minute, with 3 sampling times per point, 4 sampling points per room, and define the room sampling address as 1. The dust particle counter is connected to the instrument sampling port and constant velocity sampling head with a hose, and the sampling head is fixed to the first measurement position. Press the start button to start the instrument measurement. After 1 minute, the first set of data for the first point is printed, and the measurement continues until the third set of data is printed. The instrument automatically stops sampling; Then move the constant velocity sampling head to the second measurement position and measure the second point data using the same method until all four measurement points are measured. The instrument will automatically print out the UCL data of the room as the basis for determining the cleanliness level of the room. |
