HS series ultra clean workbench for air purification equipment

The Hongji Clean HS series ultra clean workbench is a versatile local purification workbench that uses an adjustable air volume fan system and a touch sensitive switch to adjust the wind speed, ensuring that the wind speed in the work area is always in a reasonable state.

The HS series clean and ultra clean workbench is widely used in industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biochemical experiments, electronics, precision instruments, meters, and printing.

Basic principle: Indoor air is initially filtered through a coarse filter, then pressed into a static pressure box by a centrifugal fan, and finally refined through an efficient air filter. The clean airflow sent out from this process passes through a sterile area with a certain uniform cross-sectional wind speed, forming a dust-free and sterile clean working environment. But the airflow direction of the two purification tables is different. The airflow purified by the side flow workbench flows from the left or right side through the workbench to the opposite side, or from top to bottom or from the countryside to the opposite side, all of which can form an airflow barrier to maintain the sterility of the work area.

(1) For newly installed or long-term unused ultra clean workbenches, it is necessary to clean the ultra clean workbenches and surrounding mirrors with an ultra static vacuum cleaner or tools that do not produce fibers before use, and then use drug sterilization or ultraviolet sterilization methods for sterilization treatment;
(2) Unnecessary items are not allowed to be stored in the operation area, and the clean airflow in the operation area should be maintained without interference;
(3) The operating area is a laminar flow area, so the working position should not hinder the normal flow of air flow. Workers should try to avoid actions that disrupt the air flow as much as possible;
(4) The operating temperature in the operating area cannot exceed 60 ℃;
(5) When using the table, it should be turned on 50 minutes in advance, and the ultraviolet sterilization lamp should be turned on at the same time to deal with the accumulated microorganisms on the surface of the operating area. After 30 minutes, the sterilization lamp should be turned off and the fan should be started;
(6) Turn off the sterilization lamp during work, otherwise it may cause harm to the human body. If lighting is needed, turn on the "Lighting" button switch, and the fluorescent lamp will light up;
(7) Operators should wear clean work clothes, work shoes, masks, and hats to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the work area;
(8) After the operation is completed, clean the workbench, collect all waste, turn off the fan and lighting switch, and wipe and disinfect with cleaning agents and disinfectants;
(9) Turn on the workbench UV lamp, irradiate and disinfect for 30 minutes, then turn off the UV lamp and cut off the power. If any problems are found during work, immediately report them for maintenance.
