The SJY-II-16 image-based sintering point meter is a high-temperature, transmission projection device used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of raw sand, mixtures, refractory materials, ceramic raw materials, and the surface contact angle of metal materials. It allows the tester to clearly see the volume shrinkage, expansion purification, and spheroidization of the material sample under high temperature conditions on the mirror screen, as well as the interface contact angle, and to know the corresponding temperature at which various situations occur. Main technical parameters:

1. Temperature range for use: room temperature -1400 ℃; Furnace diameter: 30mm.

2. Heating speed: 0-20 ℃/min can be set. Program temperature control, intelligent PID adjustment, temperature control accuracy: ± 1 ℃, can set 32 or more heating stages.

3. Image magnification: 8-9 times. The imaging coordinates can easily quantify the expansion and contraction data.

4. Minimum interval for storing temperature images: 1 ℃, can be set arbitrarily.
