*Step: Time preparation: Use a rubber pad to support the workpiece to be time treated at its joint line attachment, and firmly fix the exciter with a bow shaped fixture at the peak of the workpiece vibration. Use a magnetic seat to firmly attach the sensor for testing the workpiece vibration situation to the workpiece, and connect the exciter, sensor, and controller with a cable.

Step 2: Pre vibration scanning: The welding stress relief equipment detects the natural resonance frequency of the aging treated workpiece and the amount of vibration energy that should be given to the workpiece in an automatic scanning manner, and stores them.

Step 3: Stress relief: The vibration aging equipment automatically (or manually) determines the vibration frequency for vibration treatment of the workpiece based on the parameters measured in the second step, and performs vibration aging treatment on the workpiece. Detect changes in vibration parameters and residual stress of the workpiece at any time during the processing, and stop the processing process promptly when the residual stress is no longer eliminated.
