The main body of the equipment is designed with a high rigidity structure, equipped with a precision transmission system and high-speed data acquisition module, which can accurately perform tensile testing on samples such as woven bag flat threads, cloth strips, seams, and suspenders. By using a fully digital integrated control system with a microcomputer, the testing process is automated and important data such as tensile strength, fracture strength, elongation at break, and seam strength are accurately calculated. Its design and testing process strictly follows domestic and international standards such as GB/T 1040.3, GB/T 8946, ISO 9852, etc., ensuring high industry comparability of testing results, effectively helping enterprises control product quality, and meet market access requirements.

working principle

This device is based on standard tensile testing methods and completes the performance analysis of woven materials through the following core steps:

1. Sample installation and fixation: Firstly, the woven fabric strips, straps, or specific parts of the bag body (such as seam edges) prepared according to standard specifications are firmly clamped in the upper and lower fixtures of the testing machine. Fixtures are typically equipped with flat jaws with anti slip patterns (supporting manual or pneumatic clamping), designed to adapt to the surface characteristics of woven materials, ensuring that the test specimen does not slide or damage during the testing process, and guaranteeing pure force and axial alignment.

2. Constant speed loading and data perception: Operators preset a constant stretching rate through measurement and control software. After the test is started, the servo drive system drives the upper fixture to move steadily and uniformly through a precision screw, applying gradually increasing axial tension to the sample. During this process, the high-sensitivity force sensor continuously and in real-time monitors and records the changes in tensile force that the sample is subjected to, while the high-precision displacement measurement system synchronously tracks the elongation of the sample.

3. Intelligent processing and result output: The system dynamically collects data on the "tension displacement" relationship throughout the entire process and draws real-time curve graphs. When the sample finally fractures, the equipment automatically captures the maximum fracture force value and corresponding fracture elongation. After the test is completed, the built-in software intelligently analyzes the entire data, automatically calculates a series of standardized performance parameters such as tensile strength (unit: N/5cm or kN/m), elongation at break (%), and generates a professional testing report with detailed curves and data, intuitively presenting the strength and elongation characteristics of the material.
