This device adopts a high-strength body structure, integrates a precision transmission system and a high-speed data acquisition unit, and can perform stable and accurate tensile tests on various specifications of packaging belt samples. With the help of microcomputer fully automatic measurement and control technology, the equipment realizes the integrated operation from sample clamping, automatic stretching, data acquisition to intelligent analysis, and accurately calculates core parameters such as tensile strength, fracture tension, maximum force value, and fracture elongation. Detailed explanation of working principle

The equipment is based on the internationally recognized tensile testing method, and its working process can be divided into three clear and continuous stages:

Sample stable clamping: Firstly, place the pre cut packaging tape sample according to the standard straight and upright into the upper and lower fixtures of the testing machine. The working surface of the fixture usually has anti slip texture or special tooth shape, and can be manually locked or automatically clamped by pneumatic means. It is designed to adapt to the surface characteristics of the packing belt, effectively preventing sliding or local compression damage during the testing process, and ensuring precise transmission of tensile force along the axial direction of the specimen.

Constant speed loading and real-time sensing: Operators preset a constant stretching rate through computer measurement and control software. After the experiment begins, the servo drive system uses high-precision ball screws to smoothly drive the upper fixture (moving crossbeam) to rise at a constant speed, applying continuously increasing axial tension to the sample. During this process, the high-precision force sensor at the core of the system senses and continuously records the tension value in real time, while the high-resolution displacement measurement device synchronously tracks and records the real-time elongation of the sample.

Intelligent termination and report output: The system dynamically captures the "force displacement" relationship throughout the entire process and draws a curve in real-time on the screen. When the sample reaches the yield point and ultimately fractures, the equipment automatically captures the peak fracture force and the total elongation at that moment. After the experiment is completed, professional analysis software immediately processes the entire data, automatically calculates and outputs standardized results such as tensile strength (unit: MPa or N/mm ²), elongation at break (%), etc. At the same time, a formal inspection report with complete test curves and data lists is generated with one click, which intuitively and quantitatively displays the strength and elongation characteristics of the strapping.
