Wood chip boiler

One Design concept and organizational characteristics:

This product is a horizontal double drum longitudinally arranged water tube boiler. The furnace is equipped with light tube water-cooled walls on both sides, and two sets of convection tube bundles are arranged at the rear. The lower part of the furnace is equipped with a fixed grate. There is a long wooden feeding device at the lower part of the furnace front, and a crushed wood block (50mm × 50mm × 40mm) feeding device at the upper part to achieve mechanical feeding. The entire boiler unit is assembled in bulk, and the boiler body is assembled. After the steel frame is assembled on site, the boiler body is lifted. The boiler is equipped with a drum induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation to minimize the labor intensity of the stoker. The overall structure of the boiler conforms to the characteristics of wood boiler combustion and operation.

II The characteristics of this boiler are:

1. Compact structure, single-layer layout, less land occupation, less civil engineering investment, and easy installation.

2. Adopting a dual drum water pipe structure, it is easy to maintain and has good heat transfer.

3. Multiple air intake points, reasonable air distribution, and sensitive adjustment.

4. Adequate combustion and high thermal efficiency.

5. Good smoke and dust removal effect.

6. Mechanized combustion with low labor intensity.

7. Equipped with three safety protections: overpressure alarm, overpressure shutdown, and safety valve pressure relief, ensuring safety.

8. Equipped with automatic continuous water supply regulation to adapt to various loads.

9. Equipped with continuous sewage discharge device and thermal deaerator, it is easy to ensure water quality.

10. All operations are centralized on the dashboard, making it easy and effortless to operate.
