CPS Test Kit (Charge Plate Set)
After switching to CPS mode, EFM51 has a built-in timer that records the discharge time of 1000V-100V, with an output value of+/-2V. Equipped with a 75mm x 150mm charging board (20pF) and CPS022 high-voltage generator, it can measure the discharge time and ion balance of the static eliminator (in accordance with EN100015 EOS/ESD S.3.1 standard)
