1 HD-2 Live Cable Identification Device Overview
Cable identification is of great significance in cable construction and maintenance work. At present, there are both instruments for identifying power outage cables and instruments for identifying live cables on the market. However, in practical use, the actual cables are often placed and stacked together on site, and the calipers used by conventional instruments often cannot be clamped, making it difficult to identify. Moreover, most of the identification and receiving parts still use pointer heads to indicate, which is prone to failure on site due to vibration. Existing equipment often requires a 220V power supply on site, which is inconvenient for users to use.
Based on this, our company's R&D department has developed a live cable identification instrument using modern electronic technology, which combines flexible coils with liquid crystal displays. The host design has been changed to use a dry battery power supply mode, which can effectively solve the drawbacks of using the instrument and provide great help for practical work.

1.1 The entire set of instruments can work with a No. 5 battery, which solves the problem of no power supply and difficult maintenance and failure of rechargeable batteries on site. For the launch host, it is specially designed for both AC and DC use, which can be powered by batteries or 220V power supply.
1.2 One box engineering plastic box outer packaging, easy to use, more suitable for transportation and outdoor environments.
The large caliber flexible coil receiving part is suitable for various complex cable sites.
1.4 The receiver LCD display is designed using low-power technology, which is particularly energy-efficient and provides simple and intuitive judgment.
1.5 Receiver battery voltage indication function. Outdoor visual LCD can be used in both sunlight and dark environments.
1.6 One machine is versatile, capable of identifying both live power cables and power outage cables.
1.7 For power outage cables, coupling clamps can be used to apply signals without disconnecting the wires, or the starting and ending ends of the cable can be removed and signals can be directly applied using the configured connecting wires for identification.
