The steel wire rope tube chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment that transports bulk materials such as powder, small particles, and small blocks. It can be combined horizontally, obliquely, and vertically for conveying.
Within a sealed pipeline, animal materials are transported along the pipeline using chains as transmission components. When transported horizontally, the material particles are pushed forward by the chain in the direction of movement, and move forward with the chain to form a stable material flow; When transported vertically, the material particles inside the pipe are continuously pushed upwards by the chain, preventing the material from sliding down and generating lateral pressure, enhancing the internal friction force of the material. When the internal friction force between the materials is greater than the external friction force between the materials and the inner wall of the pipe, as well as the weight of the materials, the materials move upwards with the chain, forming a continuous material flow. Powder materials can move in a straight line or change direction along a closed pipeline in three-dimensional space; The horizontal conveying distance can reach 60 meters, and the vertical conveying distance can reach 30 meters.
