ST spiral sand water separator

The purpose of the sand water separator is to separate the sand water mixture discharged from the cyclone sedimentation tank in sewage treatment plants.

Technical conditions for sand water separator

(1) The sand water separator runs smoothly without vibration, impact or abnormal noise.

(2) The sand water separator and shaftless spiral have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure smooth sand flow and no obstruction.

(3) The driving device is located at the upper end of the sand water separator, without the need for a coupling, and is directly connected to the shaftless screw.

(4) The sand water separator is equipped with mechanical and electrical dual overload protection devices, which have automatic load limiting function and can meet intermittent or 24-hour continuous operation.

(5) The U-shaped groove of the sand water separator is equipped with replaceable lining strips.
