At any intermediate position in the main valve core, there is a force balance between the controlled pressure reducing pilot pressure acting on the valve core end and the relatively centered spring (plus fluid force).
This series of valves provides an economical and effective solution for applications with repetitive load conditions in each operating cycle, such as plastic molding machinery

KBDG5V-5/7/8/10 is an electromagnetic operated directional control, non feedback proportional valve.

This is a two-stage proportional directional control valve, where the arrangement of the main stage slide valve is based on the output signals of the integrated proportional, electromagnetic operated, and pressure reducing valves.

The stroke direction of the main spool valve depends on which of the two solenoid valves in the pilot valve is energized, and the stroke amount depends on the current input to the solenoid valve.

At any intermediate position of the main slide valve, there exists a state of force balance, where on one hand, there is a controlled and reduced pilot pressure acting on the end of the slide valve, and on the other hand, there is the effect of a leveling spring acting against it, combined with the influence of fluid forces. There is no electrical feedback signal for the position of the main slide valve.

This series of valves provides an effective and economical solution for applications with repetitive load conditions throughout the entire operating cycle, such as the mold closing/opening process in plastic molding machinery.
