Product Principle

Wet gas flowmeter,Trace gas flowmeterBefore the VIPPEN measurement, both sides of the flow cell in the dual chamber gas collection unit are filled with liquid. The measured gas flows into the inlet and overflows directly below the dual chamber gas collection unit through a thin tube, forming bubbles. The overflowing bubbles rise into one of the gas collection chambers of the dual chamber gas collection unit, discharge the liquid inside the chamber, and when the gas accumulates to a certain value in the gas collection chamber, the cavity flips around the rotation axis due to buoyancy. When flipping, the gas inside the chamber is released and discharged through the outlet, and the chamber is lifted up and refilled with liquid. At the same time, the other chamber falls back to the horizontal position with the flipping, starting a new round of gas collection, and the two gas collection chambers cycle in this way.

At the same time as the flipping action of the gas collection unit, it drives the counting sensor emission unit to make left and right pendulum movements, and the counting sensor receiving unit receives the signal from the sensor emission unit to achieve the counting function. While counting, temperature and pressure sensors collect instantaneous values, convert them to standard conditions, and display them in real-time on the LCD screen. After the gas is released, it is discharged from the outlet.

measurement accuracy

High precision calibration, as well as engineering plastic material formulation and production technology, can achieve a measurement accuracy of ± 1%. According to the instantaneous environmental temperature and pressure of gas production, the gas production is converted into values under standard conditions (STP, 273.15K, 101kPa), and the equipment automatically completes data acquisition and display, providing users with reliable standard measurement data.

Data collection and display

Built in counter and restart function, making it easy to record gas production and rate during specific time periods. Real time gas accumulation volume and gas production rate are displayed on the LCD screen. At the same time, the standard analog signal 4-20mA output has high reliability and easy programming.
