Wax content analyzer for crude oilProduct Introduction:
This instrument is suitable for the old standard ZBE21002 "Determination of Wax Content in Crude Oil" or the new standard SY/T 0537 "Determination of Wax Content in Crude Oil". The method involves dissolving crude oil in petroleum ether and removing polar substances through an adsorption column containing alumina to obtain wax and oil. These wax and oil are then dissolved in a binary mixture of benzene and acetone and dewaxed at -20 ℃. After filtering, washing, and constant weight operations, the percentage content of wax is calculated.
The instrument as a whole includes a refrigeration host, temperature control system, stirring device, super constant temperature water bath, adsorption column, suction filter bottle, stainless steel funnel, etc. The refrigeration host part adopts the principle of compressor refrigeration, with a closed bath and an intelligent digital display control instrument, which is easy to use and reliable in quality. The instrument adopts fuzzy control principle and PID self-tuning technology, and the control performance is stable and reliable. The temperature control system of the super circulation water bath adopts intelligent digital display temperature control instruments, which have the advantages of intuitive display, accurate temperature control, high constant temperature accuracy, and good stability.
