Instrument process:

The raw oil is heated to around 120 ℃ in the raw material tank, pumped out by the raw material pump, measured by an electronic scale, and mixed with circulating oil from the bottom of the fractionation tower and a certain proportion of high-temperature steam (or inert gas such as nitrogen, etc.) before entering the heavy oil heating furnace for heating. The outlet temperature of the heating furnace is controlled between 450 ℃ and 510 ℃ (depending on the process conditions and the properties of the raw oil), and then the high-temperature oil and gas enter the coke tower from the bottom of the coke tower through the oil transfer line for coking reaction. This process controls the temperature of the oil transfer line insulation furnace, the reaction temperature of the coke tower (around 450 ℃ at the top of the tower and 490 ℃ at the bottom of the tower), and the top pressure of the tower; The generated oil and gas enter the fractionation tower for fractionation, and the temperature at the bottom of the fractionation tower is controlled at around 330 ℃. A certain amount of high-temperature inert gas is injected into the lower part of the tower to extract the heavy oil; The material at the top of the distillation tower exchanges heat with the cooling medium, resulting in partial internal reflux at the top of the distillation tower. The material from the top of the distillation tower is cooled by a first stage sleeve condenser (water cooling) and a second stage cooler (refrigerant cooling) before being metered and released as non condensable gas. C5 is recovered to the wax oil fraction and sent to the light oil receiving tank; The heavy distillate oil from the bottom of the fractionation tower is transported by a circulation pump to the inlet of the heavy oil preheating furnace to be mixed with fresh raw materials, and the circulating oil volume is measured (calculated circulation ratio).
