Diverse functions and small space occupation
The intuitive keypad and view interface simplify settings
Real time results can be viewed, and they can also be viewed through the results table after running
Compatible with LC Prep 150 system, LC Prep AutoPurification system, and modular system
Remote management of particles using MassLynx software in mass spectrometry (MS) applications
Recommended use: Used for flexible collection of various specifications of fractions, specifically designed for HPLC and LC-MS applications.
The fraction collector III provides multiple fraction collection operation modes ranging from simple to high, including timing, threshold, volume, manual, and sampling modes. The above operation modes can be combined to achieve high fraction collection, such as mixing fractions obtained from repeated runs into a common container.
Peak detection and collection can be achieved fully automatically based on simulated detector inputs from liquid chromatography (LC) systems. The conversion valve in the system enables you to collect target peaks without collecting excess solvents and/or non target peaks (introduced into the waste liquid), greatly improving the efficiency of fraction collection and the overall efficiency of the preparative LC system.
To improve control functionality and applicability as much as possible, you can control the fraction collector III through the local keyboard, or through serial communication with Empower 3 or MassLynx software.
The control of fraction collector III can be achieved through a new instrument control software interface seamlessly integrated into the Empower software control component. Users can use this interface to configure collection containers and set collection programs. Real time feedback from fraction collector III will indicate the status of the collection process and the location of the collected fractions.
Provide multiple collector bracket configurations (including customized configurations) that can accommodate multiple collection containers. If users need to manually control the collection, they can use alternative functions on the interface to achieve software assisted manual collection directly through the instrument control panel.
