Features and advantages
Quaternary solvent mixture. Supports equal degree and gradient applications, using 11 gradient curves and Auto Blend technology to mix up to 4 solvents in any ratio. Compatible with solvent types such as reverse phase, normal phase, GPC, SEC, and IEX.
*Solvent transport capacity. A series flow path without pulse solvent delivery, which does not require the use of dampers. Online solvent degassing and automated solvent compressibility compensation ensure accurate flow rate. The integrated sealed cleaning achieves stable operation, and all solvent types meet specifications.
Optional temperature controlled environment. Can accommodate up to 120 sample bottles in an optional temperature controlled environment. Low residue is achieved through active and user customizable needle wash solution. Diversity in injection volume, with injection volumes ranging from 0.1 μ L to 100 μ L when using standard quantitative rings, and up to 2 mL when adding optional quantitative rings. Supports STAT samples and automatic addition.
Detector and chromatography column options. Obtain optional column heating, heating/cooling, or column switching functions. The detector includes a photodiode array, ultraviolet/visible light (UV/Vis), fluorescence (FLR), refractive index (RI), evaporative light scattering (ELS), electrochemical, conductivity, and mass spectrometry detectors.
Intuitive interface and software. Quickly access system settings through the LCD large screen and simplify daily settings using SystemPREP. Supports Empower, MassLynx, and third-party software packages.
Meet compliance requirements. Support for Waters Empower based automated system calibration tool (SQT), significantly reducing the time and cost required for annual calibration according to standards such as GMP, GLP, ISO 17025, and USP<1058>.
