AQUATRAN 3/40The packaging testing analyzer can test the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of barrier films and packaging from low to high. It uses MOCON's long-life modulated infrared sensor, which is based on ASTM standard F1249. Four independent testing units can perform different tests in parallel under precisely controlled environmental conditions of 10 to 50 degrees Celsius and indoor humidity range of 30 to 90%

We provide a variety of testing boxes that can easily and accurately test trays, bottles, soft containers, small bags, cups, pods, bottle caps, lids, cardboard boxes, films, and almost all other types of samples. Customized reagent kits can also be provided to simplify sample preparation and improve the reproducibility of testing.
