Waters Alliance High Performance Liquid Chromatography SystemKey Features:
A proven, flexible, and reliable HPLC separation system.
The all-new industrial design fully embodies Waters' enduring commitment to the HPLC series.
CORTECS 2.7 μ m chromatographic column fills the performance gap between HPLC and UPLC.
Integrated solvent and sample manager to ensure consistency and high reproducibility of performance between systems.
Combined with the ACQUITY QDa detector, mass spectrometry data can be obtained.
The Alliance HPLC system is a flexible and reliable important tool that can meet your basic HPLC separation requirements. The system is constantly expanding and adapting to the many challenges in practical analytical operations, and the new industrial professional design fully demonstrates Waters' enduring commitment to HPLC and HPLC series. Now, users can extend the performance of the Alliance HPLC system using the CORTECS 2.7 μ m chromatographic column. CORTECS chromatography column is compatible with HPLC and UPLC technologies, and its design not only improves the productivity of HPLC, but also enables the conversion to UPLC technology platform. By changing the particle size of the packing material in UPLC and HPLC columns, the CORETECS column reduced the performance difference between HPLC and UPLC.
The integrated HPLC system works as diligently as you.
The Alliance HPLC system can meet the strict requirements for timeliness and predictability in routine analysis, while also meeting the performance standards for new product development. The manufacturing of Alliance systems and chromatography columns adheres to a series of strict performance specifications, allowing you to easily switch methods between different instruments, whether it is different systems or different laboratories, and obtain consistent results.
Whether your laboratory analysis samples come from the pharmaceutical, chemical, food safety, environmental, or quality control fields, the Alliance HPLC system can provide you with proven solutions. It provides:
Integrated solvent management and sample management ensure consistency and high reproducibility of performance between systems.
Comprehensive integration with Empower or MassLynx software for instrument control and data processing.
The large and intuitive LCD user interface allows users to quickly set up the system through the SystemPREP program, simplifying daily startup operations and performing daily maintenance without any tools, ensuring maximum normal operation time.
The complete range of detection technologies from Waters can expand your applications, from conventional UV/visible detectors to single quadrupole, tandem, and triple quadrupole mass spectrometers.
E2695 separation unit
The core of the Alliance HPLC system is the e2695 separation module and its integrated solvent and sample management functions, which ensure consistent system performance and high reproducibility.
Solvent management
The solvent management system of this unit can degas up to four chromatographic solvents and mix them in precise proportions without pulsation, ensuring stable solvent transport; It has the following characteristics:
A serial flow path equipped with only two inlet valves can reduce complexity and greatly shorten downtime due to malfunctions.
Automated solvent compressibility (error free solvent control) - Users no longer need to select from the calibration lookup table.
Vacuum degassing uses efficient second-generation polymer membrane technology.
Accurate low-pressure quaternary solvent mixing (* first out) provides reproducible gradients throughout the entire flow rate range.
No need to use pulse dampers, the independently driven plunger generates a non pulsating solvent flow.
A fixed hysteresis volume (not changing with system backpressure) results in consistent and predictable chromatography.
The programmable flow rate range spans two orders of magnitude (from 50 μ L to 50 mL per minute), without the need for hardware modifications.
Daily maintenance of pistons, gaskets, and gasket flushing can be carried out without the need for any tools.
Automatically activate piston gasket flushing.
Sample Management
The five sample rotating disks of e2695 can accommodate up to 120 sample bottles that meet industry standards. The sample team can quickly establish multiple method sequences, whether it is just one sample or from different analysts.
Reproducible injection volumes ranging from 1 to hundreds of microliters, compatible with LC chromatography columns of any analytical scale.
The injection volume is variable, so there is no need to replace the quantitative ring to adapt to the analysis method.
Cross contamination is managed through programmable needle washing cycles and effective needle washing solutions (without the need for injection bottles containing needle washing solution).
The height of the injection needle can be programmed to accommodate sample bottles of different sizes, while taking into account the thickness of the bottle bottom.
The sampling rate of the syringe can be programmed to accommodate samples/solvents of different viscosities.
Five independent sample trays allow users to prepare the next sequence of samples on another sample tray while running samples on one tray. New samples/sample trays can be added to the system without interfering with the running sample sequence.
The sampling program is compatible with automated reference peak addition or automated pre column derivative programs.
It is easy to remove the low-level needle washing port or replace the syringe without the need for tools, making it convenient for daily maintenance.
