1. When installing this machine, lay a foundation and fix it horizontally with M8 expansion bolts.
2. Install the cutting blade under the screw and press the bottom. The stamping column is equipped with a 25mm diameter inner hole for installing the cutting blade. There are two 6mm diameter top screws on the lower side of the stamping column for fastening the cutting blade handle.
3. When stamping the test piece, hardwood or plywood should be provided on the workbench to prevent damage to the cutting edge.
After the experiment is completed, the surface should be cleaned, the screw and stamping column should be coated with anti rust grease, and a dust cover should be put on.
Precautions for use:
1. The cutting edge plane should be parallel to the worktable plane during punching, and the cutting edge surface should not be in contact with the worktable plane to avoid damaging the cutting edge
2. After use, the punching and cutting knife should be coated with anti rust oil to prevent corrosion
3. Regularly add lubricating oil to the screw part
4. Cover with a dust cover after use to prevent oil and dust from entering
