Product Details

1、 SS-25 typeCement soil impermeability testerOverview:
The cement soil permeability test device is a new type of measuring device designed and developed based on the test requirements of JGJT233-2011 "Design Specification for Cement Soil Mix Proportion". It has a compact structure, easy operation, automatic pressurization, and constant pressure maintenance. This test is suitable for determining the permeability coefficient of cement soil.
2、 Main technical parameters of cement soil permeability test device:
1. Penetration container: composed of a penetration test mold, permeable stone, and filter paper.
2. Gas source: The gas supply pump should be able to maintain stable water pressure over time as required by regulations.
3. Pressure control instrument: The range should be (0-2.5Mpa).
4. Penetration test mold: A metal test mold should be used, with an upper inner diameter of 70mm and a lower inner diameter of 80mm. The height should be 40mm, and there should be a water outlet hole on the upper side of the test mold.
5. Sealing material: Cement and butter sealing material can be used.
6. Permeable stone: with a diameter of 80mm, a thickness of 4mm, and a permeability coefficient greater than 10 μ m/S
7. Burette: division value not greater than 0.1mL
8. Filter paper: with a diameter of 70mm
9. Voltage: 380v50HZ
10. Motor power: 130W
3、 Instrument structure:
1. The permeation container consists of: permeation container, permeable stone, and filter paper.
2. The cement soil permeability test device consists of a permeability container, gas source, pressure controller, outlet pipe, inlet pipe, etc.
4、 SS-25 typeCement soil impermeability testerExperimental operation and steps:
1. The specimens that have been cured to the specified age should be removed from the curing room and the surface of the specimens should be wiped with a wrung out wet cloth or wet towel; After sealing with sealing material, it is placed into the penetration test mold, with a water permeable stone placed at the bottom, vertically placed into the permeameter, and filter paper placed on the upper end face of the test piece.
2. Adjust the pressure controller and gradually apply pressure. The recommended pressure level is 0.02Mpa, and the pressure pressurization levels are 0.02Mpa, 0.04Mpa, 0.06Mpa, 0.08Mpa, and 0.10Mpa. In the future, the increase in pressure amplitude should be 0.10Mpa, and the constant pressure time for each level of seepage pressure should be 10min-1h. Then, the pressure should be applied until there is seepage on the surface of the cement soil specimen. The seepage pressure (p) at this time should be immediately recorded, and the amount of water that seeps out of the cement soil specimen should be kept constant (p).
3. When the liquid level in the burette gradually stabilizes, start reading and recording, while measuring the water temperature. The reading interval should be determined based on the water seepage of the cement soil specimen. For specimens with high water seepage, it is advisable to take readings every 3-5 minutes; When the amount of seepage is very small, it is advisable to take a reading every (30-60) minutes.
4. The duration of the experiment should be determined based on the stability of the seepage volume. When the permeability coefficient calculated from the seepage amount is not greater than 2 × 10 ˉ n, the test can be stopped.
