Cut 3 pieces of 110 * 110 square test specimens and open a hole with a diameter of 10mm in the middle of the roll specimen. Then place them in the end of the mortar impermeability mold with a larger diameter. The roll should be one circle larger than the sealing ring of the anti water breakthrough tester to seal between the roll surface and the sealing ring of the impermeability tester. Take measures to prevent mortar from entering the holes opened by the roll. Then pour the mortar on the bonding surface of the roll specimen and compact it on a concrete vibration table that meets JG/T 245 regulations for 20 seconds. The bonding surface of the roll should face the mortar (see specification figure 2). The mortar ratio prepared with standard sand should be sufficient to meet the impermeability pressure of at least 1.5 MPa. Place it at (20 ± 2) ℃ for 24 hours. Demould and cure under standard curing conditions for 28 days.
The recommended mortar mix ratio is: strength grade 42.5 ordinary Portland cement: ISO standard sand: water=1:2:0.4.
