The low-temperature bending tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of standards GB12952-91, GB/T17671-1997, and JC500-92. It is suitable for conducting low-temperature bending tests on waterproof rolls and for measuring the low-temperature flexibility of waterproof coatings.
Low temperature bending apparatusDesigned and manufactured according to the requirements of GB12952-91 GB/T17671-1997 and JC500-92 standards, it is suitable for both low-temperature bending tests of waterproofing membranes and low-temperature flexibility testing of waterproofing coatings.
Low temperature bending tester is an instrument used to test the bending performance of materials in low-temperature environments. Understanding the performance of materials under low temperature conditions is crucial in many industrial fields and scientific research. The bending performance of materials in low-temperature environments refers to whether the material can bend without fracture or deformation at low temperatures.
This instrument is suitable for various materials, including metal, plastic, rubber, etc. The instrument bends the sample by fixing it on a specific fixture and applying force. As the force increases, the instrument will record the degree of material bending and whether fracture has occurred. The instrument can also control temperature and test the properties of materials under different low temperature conditions.
The advantages of low-temperature bending instruments are their high precision and reliability. It can provide accurate data to help engineers and researchers evaluate the practical application ability of materials under low temperature conditions. By testing the bending performance of different materials, people can choose materials suitable for low-temperature environments to improve the cold resistance and reliability of products.
Test piece size: 100 * 50mm 2, bending angle: 180 °

Test conditions for low-temperature bending apparatus
1. Sample size 100 * 50mm
2. The parking time and test temperature of the sample should be in accordance with the following requirements:
The time from sample preparation to testing is 24 hours, and the laboratory temperature is controlled within the range of (23 ± 2) ℃.
Test method for low-temperature bending apparatus
1. Under standard conditions, thickness measurement is used to measure the thickness of the specimen, and the thickness resistant surface of the specimen should have no obvious defects.
2. Place the weather resistant surface of the sample facing outward * 180 degrees, so that the 50mm (or 25mm) wide edges are aligned and level, and ensure that there is no misalignment. The edges can be fixed with a clamp, stapler, or 10mm wide tape.
3. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower plates of the bending instrument to three times the thickness of the specimen.
4. Open the upper and lower plates of the bending machine, place the sample flat on the upper and lower plates, with the overlapping side facing the axis and 20mm (or 25mm) away from the axis
5. Place the bending apparatus together with the sample in a low-temperature chamber and maintain it at the specified temperature for 1 hour (or 2 hours). Then, within 1 second, press down the upper plate of the bending apparatus to the desired distance and maintain it for 1 second before removing the sample.
6. After returning to the room temperature, observe whether the bending part of the sample is broken, or use a magnifying glass to observe whether there are cracks in the bending and Lamian Noodles of the sample.
7. When two or three specimens do not fracture or have no cracks, they are evaluated as having no cracks.
