The steel pipe bending test machine is a device used for conducting cold bending tests and plane reverse bending tests on steel bars. Its main technical parameters comply with GB1499.2-2018 "Steel pipes for reinforced concrete - Part 2: Hot rolled ribbed steel bars" and YB/T5126-2003 "Test scheme for transverse bending of steel bars", as well as the provisions and requirements for cold bending test and transverse bending test in ISO10065:1900.

  Steel pipe bending testing machineThe operation method is as follows
1. Cut a section of 200mm-500mm from the inspected metal wire and straighten it without damaging the surface of the wire.
2. Select the arc radius r of the clamp according to the wire diameter in the parameter table, the distance b from the top of the clamp arc to the bottom of the lever, and the lever hole φ. The arc radius number is printed on each clamp for selection.
3. There are four perpendicular holes on the main pole, and adjusting the direction of the pull rod can obtain the desired hole position.
4. Place the rocker arm in a vertical position and use it as the starting state for the test. First, insert the sample into the holes on the bottom plate of the two sided three blade clamp, then vertically pass through the lower part of the lever hole and insert it into the upper clamp until it reaches the top. Rotate the upper clamp handle to clamp the upper end of the wire.
5. Press the upper clamp down 15-25mm by hand and stabilize it. Rotate the main clamp handle to clamp the lower end and bend it.
6. When bending the specimen, a relatively uniform speed (about 1 time/second) should be used.
7. The bending count is to bend the sample 90 degrees to the right from the starting position, return it to the starting position as *, then bend it 90 degrees to the left again, and so on until the sample breaks. The number of bending times after the sample breaks is not counted.
8. If there are pressure marks on the circular arc surface of the clip after long-term use, the clip should be replaced
9. Oil cups and areas with relative sliding should be regularly refilled with oil to maintain lubrication.
10. After use, it should be wiped clean and coated with anti rust oil to prevent corrosion.
