Scope of application
The OMT-W series water type mold temperature machine is widely used in the production of plastic products, mainly for heating and maintaining a constant temperature of the mold, and can also be used in fields with similar needs. By using the principle of heat exchange, the product molding cycle is accelerated and production efficiency is improved.

working principle
The cooling water enters the mold temperature machine through a filter, is heated to the required temperature of the mold by a heater, and then transported to the mold by a water pump. The high-temperature water returns from the mold and is then heated by the heater and sent to the mold. This cycle repeats to achieve temperature control.
