Inside the rotary dehumidifier, the honeycomb rotary seal is divided into three areas: dehumidification, cooling, and regeneration. The humid and hot air coming back from the drying bucket is cooled and blown into the impeller. The moisture in the air is adsorbed by the impeller, and then the impeller rotates. The area where the adsorbed moisture becomes the regeneration area, and the adsorbed moisture is carried away by the heated air. Two streams of air act simultaneously on the impeller, and as the impeller slowly rotates, the moisture in the raw materials is continuously carried to the impeller for adsorption, and then desorbed and discharged by the regenerated air, thereby forming stable low dew point air. After heating to the temperature required for drying the raw materials, it is blown into the drying bucket to form a closed cycle and perform dehumidification and drying operations on the raw materials.
