The water-cooled xenon lamp aging test chamber, also known as the sun and climate testing machine, is used for simulating sunlight and artificial aging tests, as well as light and climate fastness, light and sweat resistance composite color fastness tests on various materials in the flooring, textile, printing and dyeing, dyeing, leather, plastic, paint, coating, petrochemical, automotive interior, rubber and other industries. Instrument characteristics:

Water cooled Xenon Arc Lamp: Adopting imported short pull arc, high light intensity, 4.5KW professional AC water-cooled Xenon Arc Lamp (similar to Asia Pacific Las *), with long irradiation distance, exposure diameter of 550mm, relatively small irradiation energy loss, and realistic simulation test.

Filter system: Adopting a double-layer filter system to simulate the sunlight source, filtering high-frequency and low-frequency light sources to make the irradiated light source closer to the sunlight source.

Exposure area: Designed with a large experimental chamber and a large irradiation area of 3600cm2, the sample rack GB is 48 pieces (145 × 45); AATCC: 36 pieces (145 × 75)

Optical irradiance transmission system: Fiber optic sensors are used for irradiance transmission, which is not affected by high temperature and humidity conditions. The test spectrum is directly exported and detected, making the detection results more stable.

Energy accumulation output: The instrument is equipped with a parallel communication interface and can provide A4 Chinese printing. It can directly print the energy accumulation and corresponding blue label level of each sample.

Operation panel: It adopts a 10.4-inch touch screen display and control, with multiple test monitoring modes (animation, numbers, charts), easy to operate, intuitive and clear.

Double layer specimen rack structure: Adopting the currently popular double layer specimen rack structure, it achieves a large test chamber exposure to sunlight.

Temperature control: Blackboard thermometer (BPT) and standard blackboard thermometer (BST) are tested at the same station (equidistant) as the sample to truly reflect the tested condition of the sample. The measured data is processed by the CPU and displayed on the color screen in the form of numbers, charts, curves, etc., without the need to stop the machine for observation.

Light emitting component control: Both the water-cooled xenon lamp and the large and small filter tubes are detected by a professional spectral detection system to ensure that the spectrum emitted by the water-cooled xenon lamp meets the standard accuracy requirements, and the light source transmittance of the filter tube meets the standard requirements, thereby ensuring that the irradiance provided by the testing machine is a truly controllable light energy.

Test chamber air filtration control: The test chamber is equipped with a self circulation system and an air filtration system to dynamically filter and circulate the air in the test chamber of the testing machine, thereby significantly reducing environmental requirements.

Whole machine running time guarantee: One test can run continuously for 1000 hours, meeting the material aging test requirements for conventional, military, aerospace and other special industries.

Protection design:

The cooling fan is interlocked with the system operation. When the fan cannot work normally, the system will display a prompt interface and cannot work properly for protection.

Humidity protection: In the experimental process, if the humidity system fails and cannot work, and the humidity in the test chamber drops to the set lowest value, the entire machine will stop working for protection.

Water level protection: If the circulating water volume of the system is insufficient, the system will stop working to protect the humidification device and circulating water pump from damage.

Circulating fan protection, the system will automatically protect when the circulating fan is not working.

Chamber door protection: When the xenon lamp is lit, if the chamber door is opened, the xenon lamp will automatically turn off and prompt abnormal operation.

When the temperature of the exhaust pipe is too high, the system will automatically shut down until the temperature of the exhaust pipe reaches normal operation before starting up for protection.
