1、 Scope of application

This device is mainly suitable for the evaporation and crystallization of solutions with crystal precipitation, and is widely used in the chemical industry, metal mining smelting, acid washing waste liquid of large steel mills, wet desulfurization waste liquid treatment of power plants, etc(Sodium chloride, phenylpropanoic acid, sodium sulfate, ammonium chloride, glycine; Barium chloride, zinc sulfate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, sodium hydroxide).

2、 Working principle

The material liquid is heated by the steam outside the heat exchange tube in the heater, resulting in an increase in temperature. Under the action of the circulation pump, the material rises into the evaporation separator. Due to the decrease in static pressure of the material, it evaporates, producing secondary steam that overflows from the material liquid. The material is concentrated and becomes supersaturated, causing crystal growth. The material that is released from supersaturation enters the forced circulation pump and, under the action of the circulation pump, enters the heat exchanger. The material continues to evaporate and crystallize in a cyclic manner, achieving separation between substances and purifying chemical substances and obtaining chemical products.

3、 Equipment composition

This equipment consists of a heater, forced circulation pump, evaporator separator, crystallizer, condenser, various material pumps, condensate pump, vacuum pump, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet, and internal pipeline valves.

4、 Main features
