3、 Working principle:

Steam enters the shell side of the heating chamber, heating and boiling the liquid material, and is sprayed into the evaporation chamber through the nozzle for vapor-liquid separation. The liquid material returns to the lower part of the heating chamber through the circulation pipe for reheating, and is then sprayed into the evaporation chamber for circulation. The feed liquid is concentrated to a certain extent, and then discharged from the outlet after the sampling is confirmed to be qualified. The secondary steam in the evaporation chamber eliminates foam through the defoamer, and then passes through the vapor liquid separator. Part of the feed liquid returns to the evaporation chamber.
