Material and surface treatment

The AT 30 DR shell is made of ASTM6005 die cast aluminum alloy, with a hard anodized surface treatment and a coating thickness of 30-35 μ m, providing excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The end cap is made of aluminum alloy material and the surface is treated with polyester powder spraying, with a coating thickness of 80-90 μ m. The piston and rack adopt aluminum alloy hard oxidation or cast steel galvanizing process, which can adapt to long-term industrial operating environment. The sealing components come standard with NBR 70 nitrile rubber, and fluorine rubber or silicone rubber can be used for high and low temperature conditions.

Structural design and technological advantages

The actuator adopts a gear rack dual piston symmetrical structure, with fast and stable operation, good control accuracy, and stable output power. By adjusting the assembly position of the piston, the rotation direction of the output shaft can be changed to meet the opening and closing direction requirements of different valves.

The device is equipped with an external independent stroke adjustment screw, which can accurately adjust the switch position within ± 5 ° range. If full stroke adjustment is required, the extended adjustment screw can be replaced. The multifunctional position indicator complies with VDI/VDE 3845 and NAMUR standards and can be directly installed with accessories such as limit switches, electrical locators, sensors, etc., meeting the requirements of automation control systems.

NAMUR standard and modular interface

The AT 30 DR is designed strictly in accordance with international standards, with bolt holes for actuator and valve connections conforming to DIN/ISO 5211 standards, and shaft assembly holes conforming to DIN 3337 standards. The gas source interface adopts NAMUR standard design, which can directly install NAMUR standard solenoid valves without the need for adapter plates, making installation convenient.

The output shaft is made of nickel plated alloy steel with integrated precision machining, compatible with multiple international standards. The bottom mounting holes comply with ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 standards, and can be directly connected to clutches or mounting brackets. The modular interface design enhances product versatility and interchangeability.
