The MiniTherm series adopts a compact structural design, with the measuring insertion part made of stainless steel 1.4404 (316L) material and the cap made of stainless steel 1.4301 (304). The electrical connection housing is made of stainless steel 1.4305 (303), and the overall structure has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, which can meet the hygiene requirements of the food and pharmaceutical industries.
The product adopts an invasive process connection and needs to be used with HP1100, HP1110 or HP1200 series heat pipes. The heat pipe is made of 316L stainless steel material, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m and a weld seam ≤ 1.6 μ m. It supports electric polishing treatment and can meet higher hygiene standards.
The thermometer is equipped with a spring-loaded structure, which can ensure close contact between the measuring end and the bottom of the heat pipe, and the response speed is stable. When used alone, t ₉₀=3 seconds; When paired with HP1200 heat pipe (6 × 1mm) without heat dissipation paste, t ₉₀=15 seconds. With MT8800 heat dissipation paste, it can be shortened to 6 seconds.
GA2730 has passed multiple international explosion-proof certifications, including ATEX certification T Ü V 08 ATEX 554093 X, CCCEx certification No. 2023322315004603, and UKCA certification. It complies with EN 60079-11 standard and can operate stably in flammable and explosive industrial environments.
In terms of functional safety, the Pt100 sensor complies with SIL2 classification (according to EN 61508) and can be paired with corresponding transmitters to form a complete safety function circuit, meeting the needs of industrial safety monitoring.
The standard configuration of the product is Pt100 resistor signal, supporting 3-wire or 4-wire output. Multiple transmitters such as PA2430, PA2530, PA220/PA230, PA240 can be selected as needed, supporting 4-20mA, IO Link V1.1, electrical isolation output, dual channel output, and HART protocol.
The device adopts M12 circular connector, supporting 4-pin or 8-pin specifications. The 8-pin version can adapt to complex wiring scenarios such as dual Pt100 or transmitter integration, with stable connection and easy installation.
